1. In order to fulfil your membership with LOUNGE CLUB™, we will share certain information about you with the Priority Travel Group Holdings Limited (“PTG”) who administer the LOUNGE CLUB™ programme. PTG will provide complimentary membership for the primary card holder to LOUNGE CLUB™, and issue a card and lounge listing. You will be entitled to two complimentary lounge visits at participating lounges each year you hold a valid Preferred Rewards Gold Card, which may be used by the primary Cardmember or by the primary Cardmember and one guest. Once you have activated your American Express Preferred Rewards Gold Card, please allow up to 28 working days for your LOUNGE CLUB™ card to arrive in the mail. Use of the airport lounges will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of LOUNGE CLUB™ which are available in full at oungeclub.com, which you agree to comply with by applying for a Card. You also agree that lounges may charge lounge usage fees at the prevailing rate (currently £15 per person, per visit) for any lounge visits that exceed the two complimentary lounge visits per membership year to your American Express Preferred Rewards Gold Card. Hertz Gold Plus Rewards enrolment is required to access the benefits, please enrol at Hertz.com/AmexBenefits 10% off Hertz’s publicly available retail car rental rates (excluding Special Offers) at time of booking at participating Hertz locations worldwide and it applies to car rental rates, time, mileage and all mandatory insurance and waivers included in the base rate. One-car-class upgrade applies to standard vehicles only, on rentals of five consecutive days or more, and is subject to availability. Fee-Waived Additional Driver: Complimentary additional driver must be requested at rental location prior to collecting the rental car, and is subject to meeting Hertz’s driving requirements. These benefits are available only to valid Preferred Rewards Gold Cardmembers who have created a benefits-enabled Gold Plus Rewards program profile by enrolling via the dedicated enrolment process at Hertz.com/AmexBenefits, or for existing Gold Plus Rewards members who have added promotional CDP#705500 to their Gold Plus Rewards profile. In all cases, a valid Preferred Rewards Gold Card must be registered as the form of payment in your Gold Plus Reward membership profile. 3. Valid for new bookings with participating providers of at least two consecutive nights made online through americanexpress.co.uk/travel. To see an example list of participating hotels visit americanexpress.co.uk/hotelsgold Payment must be made in full with an American Express Card in the Preferred Rewards Gold Cardmember’s name. This benefit is for Preferred Rewards Cardmembers only. The Gold Cardmember must travel on the itinerary booked. The Cardmember will receive the credit as a deduction from the final hotel bill when checking out of the hotel; they will receive $1 for each eligible dollar spent up to $75 USD. Eligible charges exclude charges for taxes, gratuities, fees and cost of room. Additional exclusions based on specific hotel restrictions may also apply (including without limitation purchases within the hotel that are unaffiliated and/or owned by third parties) - see hotel front desk for details. Credit must be used in conjunction with initial stay and cannot be carried over to another stay, is not redeemable for cash and expires at check-out. 4. The 20,000 Membership Rewards bonus points will be awarded onto your Account once you have been approved and you have spent and charged £2,000 within the first three months of Cardmembership. All introductory offers are subject to change, can be withdrawn at any time and are not available if you currently hold or have held any other Membership Rewards enrolled American Express Cards in the past six months. Please note that it can take up to one month for bonus points to be awarded to your Account.
